Chess club in full flight for Christmas competition, with big screen action!

5th Class completed a lovely stem project where electrical circuits and lights were built into Christmas Cards, well done all, see video below!

Some lovely photos of our pupils in classes from Junior Infants to Second Class who recently performed in their Christmas plays, they all gave and excellent performance. Many thanks to the teachers and SNA’s for all of their help in preparation for this event.

Thank you to all of the team members and management from Sylane Camogie Club who visited us this morning with the cup following on from their recent county final win. It was lovely to see Lauren Walshe & Keelyn Mangan past pupils back in Belclare NS.

Many thanks to Sean Quinn Walsh for the generous donation of soccer balls for our pupils, much appreciated. Corofin United have been making use of the school astro turf pitch over the winter months for training.

Congratulations to Sylane Camogie Club following on from the recent success of their Junior C team in winning their County Final. We look forward to the team, including some past pupils, visiting the school with the cup soon!

We had a lovely visit from Sr. Olga, Sr. Tatiana and Br. Ross from the St Elizabeth Convent in Belarus On Friday. Some of our pupils played some music for them and they in turn sang the Our Father in Russian for the pupils, the visit was enjoyed by all! – https://obitel-minsk.ru/
